  • H-1B Visa – this is a specialty occupation visa that is provided for those who have special training. It allows foreign nationals with these advanced degrees or certifications to work in the United States for up to six years, and does not require an employer to prove that a shortage for workers with these qualifications.
  • Marriage and Family Sponsored Green Cards – The most common way for foreign nationals to obtain their green card is through a family member who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The requirements for this type of green card are simply the existence of a qualifying family relationship, and is open to spouses, children who are unmarried and under the age of 21, and parents.

The marriage must take place within 90 days of their arrival. After the marriage, the spouse can apply to become a permanent resident of the United States.
  • Deportation Defense and Immigration Court Appeals – Those who are in the United States illegally, or who violate the terms of their admission, are members of a prohibited organization or who have been convicted of crimes run the risk of deportation and removal.
